E-Filing
This module allows you to generate the .XML document files required to electronically file bankruptcy and proposal estate forms with the Office of the Superintendant of Bankruptcy.
Features
» Generates the .XML files needed to electronically file new summary administration and consumer proposal estates.
» Electronically file all subsequent documents currently in the OSB's list of accepted forms in the administration of your estates, including the R&D, Section 170 Report, and discharge documents.
» (Generating forms for the Initial filing of Summary Administration estates is included with the Bankruptcy module.)
